Construction Progress Documentation

A continuous, dated visual and dimensional record of your site from groundbreak through closeout — captured on a set cadence so every visit is comparable to the last. Serving active sites across Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach and throughout South Florida.

Consistency Is What Makes It Useful

A one-off flight produces a nice image. A series of flights produces a record. The difference is entirely in the discipline of the capture: the same flight paths, the same altitude, the same camera angles, the same overlap, visit after visit.

When capture parameters hold constant, every dataset is directly comparable to every dataset before it. You can overlay week eight against week four and see exactly what changed. When parameters drift, you get a folder of pretty pictures that cannot be compared to each other, which is most of what passes for drone progress documentation.

Cadence is set to the project. Fast-moving vertical work may warrant weekly capture; a long sitework phase may only need monthly. Retainer packages are structured around the cadence the project actually requires.

More Than Photography

Each visit yields an orthomosaic site map, and depending on scope, a 3D model, elevation data, and volumetric quantities. Progress documentation and measurable data come from the same flight rather than being separate engagements.

Outputs are processed through DroneDeploy, which integrates directly with Procore. If your project already runs in Procore, each capture lands in the environment your team is already working in rather than as files in an email.

For buildings under active fit-out, 360-degree interior walkthrough capture can be added to the same visit, producing a navigable interior record alongside the aerial one — particularly useful for documenting in-wall conditions before they are closed up.

Coordination, Claims, and As-Builts

The everyday value is coordination. Owners, lenders, and remote stakeholders get a current view of the site without a site visit, and the weekly meeting starts from shared reality rather than competing recollections.

The value nobody plans for is the dated record. When a delay claim, a scope dispute, or a differing-conditions argument surfaces months later, a consistent time-stamped dimensional record of what the site looked like on a given date is a far stronger position than photographs someone took on a phone.

As-built documentation follows the same workflow. Pre-construction capture establishes the existing-conditions baseline, phased capture records what actually got built, and closeout capture provides the final record to compare against design intent.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should a site be captured?

It depends on how fast the work is moving. Active vertical construction often warrants weekly capture; extended sitework or slower phases may only need monthly.

The cadence that matters is one you hold to — irregular capture undermines the comparability that makes the record valuable.

Do you offer retainer packages?

Yes. Recurring documentation is structured as a retainer around the cadence the project requires, which is also more economical per visit than one-off mobilizations.

Does this integrate with Procore?

Yes. Processing runs through DroneDeploy, which has direct Procore integration, so captures land in the project environment your team already uses rather than arriving as loose files.

Can you document interiors as well as the site?

Yes. A 360-degree interior walkthrough can be added to the same visit, which is especially useful for documenting in-wall and above-ceiling conditions before they are permanently closed up.

Is the documentation usable in a dispute?

A consistent, dated, dimensionally measurable record of site conditions is considerably stronger evidence than ad hoc phone photography. What Sellers LP provides is the capture and the documentation — any legal or claims determination is made by the professionals handling that matter.
